Small Cookies and Cream cheesecake

Our cookies and cream cheesecake starts with a buttery chocolate-cookie crust. The filling is smooth and lightly sweet, folded with plenty of Oreo pieces so every slice has that cookies-and-cream speckle. We finish it with extra crumbs — with homemade whipped cream and Oreos. 
Small is 4”, perfect to share, or not.
