Buckeye Cookie

Nothing screams autumn more than football! And around here, you can't have football without Buckeyes!! I've taken my classic chocolate cookie, added a peanut butter fudge then a dollop of chocolate ganache with a sprinkle of flaked sea salt. I can hear the crowd cheering now! OH-IO!
